Heart Is A Door is a typology zine featuring Muharraq’s distinctive doors alongside carefully selected quotes from various writers. The zine invites readers to embrace their inner worlds, despite the constraints of what they are told they should be or cannot do. It encourages them to recognize these symbolic doors; a scar, a memory, a deep yearning, as entry points to their authentic selves and the courage to walk through them.
